The only complaint I had for the show itself was that it was very hard to hear (especially when they talked) in the high seats. Hit the Lights every year and this was no exception. It seems like the mic's kept cutting out. I will definitely be going to see him next year but NOT at Heinz Field. I look forward to seeing someone every year. They were not prepared for the volume of people and the event staff was rude. Unbelievable. Someone got sick in our row and cleaned it up with a dry paper towel. The only reason it got wiped clean is because someone who was also attending the concert went and asked for a wet towel and cleaned it himself!"
